REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1 We ensure that all products are high quality and we do check all orders before they are shipped. In the rare circumstances that your item(s) has a manufacturer defect or you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us or email us within 24 hours upon receiving your item(s). THE JEM LABEL may request for photos to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange for an exchange or we will issue a refund in store credit for the item(s) and cover all associated shipping cost.
2. We stand by our products – if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may ask request for an exchange. For the exchange to take place, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached, packed in The JEM Label's clear zip lock bag.
3. Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.
4. Once your package has been received and processed, a refund will be made within 3-5 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has no expiry date).
5. We apologise in advance that we do not offer exchange/refund under following conditions:
i. Size does not fit
ii. Change of mind
iii. Incomplete or incorrect address given by customers
iv. Damage of items due to own negligence
